Our handwoven products are created with utmost care using fine fabrics and intricate weaving techniques. Since most of our collections are exclusive and available in limited quantities, we request customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
* Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 10 hours of placing the order.
* Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
* The product received is damaged
* The product has a manufacturing defect
* An incorrect item has been delivered
Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
Exchange for Preference-Based Reasons
If you do not wish to keep the product due to personal preference, we offer:

* Slight irregularities in weaving, texture, or motifs are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade products.
* Minor colour variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and natural fabric textures. Such differences shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Sale or discounted items
* Customized or altered products
* Gift cards
* Blouse fabrics or stitched garments
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must contact our support team with:
* Order details
* Reason for return/exchange
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your request is approved:
* We will provide instructions for the return process
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges will be processed after the original product passes quality inspection.
