At Banarasiunique.sarees, every saree is a reflection of traditional craftsmanship, artistry, and heritage. Our handwoven products are created with utmost care using fine fabrics and intricate weaving techniques. Since most of our collections are exclusive and available in limited quantities, we request customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

* Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 10 hours of placing the order.

* Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately through our official communication channels.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

* The product received is damaged

* The product has a manufacturing defect

* An incorrect item has been delivered

Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 24 Hours of receiving the product.

Exchange for Preference-Based Reasons

If you do not wish to keep the product due to personal preference, we offer:

* Exchange only with products of the same value

Products for exchange are subject to availability.

Important Product Disclaimer

As our sarees are handwoven and handcrafted:

* Slight irregularities in weaving, texture, or motifs are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade products.

* Minor colour variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and natural fabric textures. Such differences shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Sale or discounted items

* Customized or altered products

* Gift cards

* Blouse fabrics or stitched garments

* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must contact our support team with:

* Order details

* Reason for return/exchange

* Clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved:

* We will provide instructions for the return process

* The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

* A damaged item

* A defective product

* A wrong order

Kindly contact us within  hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

* Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, customs duties, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be processed after the original product passes quality inspection.

Customers may choose:

* Another product of equal value

* Store credit for future purchases

If the selected exchange product exceeds the original order value, the difference amount must be paid by the customer.
